The RM-10 has a 1.10 mm tip opening with a long facing and Morgan’s distinctive scooped beak. It was designed to produce a warm but vibrant sound, with an even response throughout the clarinet’s registers. Its comfortable beak and moderately open facing also make it a particularly appealing option for saxophonists who double on clarinet.

The hard rubber has developed an overall brown coloration from age and oxidation, along with surface scratches and normal cosmetic wear. The tip and rails appear intact, with no visible cracks or major chips. The tenon cork remains present and usable.
