Morgan C5 hard-rubber mouthpiece designed specifically for the C-melody saxophone. The C5 designation corresponds to an approximately .085-inch tip opening. Its large, rounded chamber and low-baffle design are intended to give vintage C-melody saxophones a warm, full sound while offering considerably more projection and flexibility than many original 1920s mouthpieces.

Morgan’s C-melody design accommodates readily available modern tenor saxophone reeds, making it a particularly practical upgrade for players who regularly perform on these uncommon instruments.

Marked “C5” and serial numbered 30276. The mouthpiece is in good used condition with surface scratches, ligature wear, discoloration and light wear on the beak. The tip and rails appear intact, with no visible cracks or major chips.
